Kid Daytona-Come Fly with Me

Kid Daytona is an up and coming hip hop artist coming out of the Bronx in New York. Growing up he was battle rapping with the likes of Jae Millz and JR Writer.
“Come Fly With Me” is the album title, has been made free to the public.

First, I definitely give this guy mad respect for putting out a quality album for free, Second, If you are into to hip hop, I definitely recommend getting a copy of this.

Kid Daytona brings a lot to the table with this album. His microphone/rhyming abilities are great. His subject matter is a combination of swagger, feel good, and a little gangsta all mixed together – think Outkast.
All of the beats on this album are nice, real soulful, head bobbing tracks. Each track has a nice melody, reminds me of old school hip hop, again I would reference Outkast.

Of what is being called “Freshman Hip Hop” , Kid Daytona is at the head of class. He wasnt listed on the above link, but he isnt phased by it. He mentions the fact in this album.
Expect big things from Kid Daytona, I’m sure it wont be long before you hear him on your local radio station, or see him on MTV.

Can’t say I’m a big hip-hop fan but it’s real nice to see him offer it for free to the public.
